I always have a great experience with all saints. Customer service is fantastic, products solidly good.

There was an issue with the invoice, and All Saints refused to add my company’s NIF for VAT purposes. After contacting customer service, the response was timely and I was given options, something that other online stores do not provide. I felt they genuinely cared about me, which is the best calling card ever.In the end, I was given the opportunity to cancel the order, still waiting for the refund though (I want to believe to will come, given their very thoughtful customer service).Given the opportunity I would use the service again.———— UPDATE ————After posting this review, All Saints contacted me and the refund was streamlined. Validating once again my initial feeling of “given the opportunity, I would use this service again”.

I always have a great experience with all saints. Customer service is fantastic, products solidly good.

I really like the look of the ram skull tees but since I’m 6’5” 230lbs they don’t make them in my size. I usually wear an xl in most brands and xxl in a few so to be safe I ordered a xxl which is the biggest they have and it was like a large in most brands. I don’t know about their other style shirts and how they fit but it sucks that the shirt I received is the biggest size they have In that style. A company that only makes shirts for small to average size people and excludes bigger people is a bad company in my opinion.

Ordered a jacket arrived no problem, didn’t like the jacket sent back no refund.So checked tracking it’s been delivered to them so I emailed them WELL...Apparently the jacket has arrived but needs to be taken to a second location??!!!!! I smell BS? I have been told I now have to wait for 3 weeks to get my refund? UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER order from them again, also will be telling everyone of my experience!If your thinking of ordering from All Saints I’d strongly advise not too!!!!!!!!

Totally disappointed by this prestigious brand!! I have bought the leather donita boots which doesn’t meet the price at all!!!After wearing them 4-5 times the wrap around thing for the laces on my right boot is totally destroyed.i sent them images by email and they have asked me to send the product to them to evaluate it, to confirm the faults and the cost of both shipments to be from my side!!!! This is unacceptable for such an expensive brand these guys and their policies are SO cheap!!!!!!!

Really disappointed with all saints refund process. I’m a regular customer instore and after spending nearly £300 on a coat online and them receiving back on the 31/12/2020 I’m am still waiting for a refund. Emails back and forth with still no solution. I understand that the policy is up to 3 weeks but holding onto a large amount of money for this long is shocking. I won’t be ordering online again

Ordered a jacket back in November. Never received it but gave it some time as I know holiday season and covid is causing delays. Over a month later it says delivered but still no package. I live in an apartment where everything gets let with concierge so there’s no way it was stolen. The concierge said they never received anything when I checked when the original delivery day was. I’ve tried contacting both the shipping company and AllSaints. No one wants to help.

Spent a small fortune at All Saints over the years. Received a pullover as a present about a year ago and worn it literally 3 times. Has a massive hole under the arm. Customer Services are like a stuck record. Just keep asking me to go back to the person who bought me it and let them know the exact date it was bought and where. It’a obviously an All Saints top and obviously faulty so no idea why they can’t just refund it. Shoddy item and appalling service (also called me by an incorrect name on their 2nd email). Surely it can just be send back to a central hub and they issue a credit note or replacement (if still in stock). Won’t bother with them again.

I have bought items from AllSaints a few times recently, quick delivery, great packaging. I have needed to contact their customer service team twice, once by chat and once by email. Via both methods I received a quick and friendly response and my queries were resolved. Would definitely recommend.

I returned a denim jacket 6 weeks ago and have not received a refund. Despite 5 emails I have not received a response or update on progress of refund. Customer service non existent.

Received the leather jacket I ordered very speedily and was delighted until I noticed that although the loose label read M (medium) which was the size ordered, the sewn in label was XX Large.So disappointed, now have the hassle of returning it which will entail a trip to the main depot since it's tracked. Just hope the replacement is what I ordered and soon.Edit: I sent the item back and was asked to provide the receipt which I did and just one day later delivery notification for the replacement!It arrived just now and is perfect. Those I dealt with at Allsaints really pulled out the stops. Full marks to them for turning a bad situation around in superfast time. Very happy now.

The best customer service from AllSaints Bluewater, professional, friendly advice given and replacement jacket sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this store to anyone and thanks to the staff from myself

Beautiful jacket, top quality. Very well packaged, with quick courier delivery. Good communication from site.
